Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour butnotice.

Our Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hr period will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services, or half thepriceof any Psychic Reading, Astrology Reading or Workshop/Class whichever is more. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Workshops & Classes

Our venue holds limited spots, and many of our Workshops & Classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, before your scheduled Workshops & Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Client. You may email us at anytime to cancel.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24 hour notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Psychic Reading, Astrology Reading or Workhop/Class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
